During your stay at our New Hampshire bed and breakfast, we strive to make your visit memorable and worry free. The accommodations at our New England inn in North Conway, NH are designed with your utmost comfort in mind. • The entire inn is smoke free.

• We cannot allow pets in the inn. SORRY! We have our own.
  
  
• The inn is not well suited for children.
  
  
• Check-in time is daily from 3pm - 9pm.
  
  
• Check-out time is daily at 11am.
  
  
• Full Breakfast is served.
  
  
• Minimum stay may be required on weekends for certain guest rooms, and it generally will be required on certain holiday weekends and during some seasonal periods.

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation with less than one weeks notice will result in a charge of the full reservation. For foliage season (Sept 15 - Oct 20) and Christmas week (Dec 24 - Jan 2) three weeks notice is required. All cancellations must be via email.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a charge of the full room rate.
